Shipment

Delivery

The item will be shipped to the Austrian or foreign address provided by the customer during the online order. The order will be delivered within 2 days of confirmed payment. Delivery within Austria will be handled by Austrian Post AG.

As soon as the package is shipped, the customer will be notified by email.

If the company is unable to deliver a particular item or cannot deliver it immediately, www.misbela.com will display when these items will be available to the customer again.

Misbela is obliged to inform customers immediately about the unavailability of the items and to refund any consideration paid to the customer.

Shipping costs

For online orders you pay 4.90 euros for Austria-wide delivery.

For parcel delivery to Germany you pay 9.90 euros.

For parcel delivery to Switzerland, France and the Netherlands you pay 12.90 euros.

Shipping to Russia and England costs 14.90 euros.

“Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act or similar laws in their respective countries of residence may withdraw from a contract concluded via distance selling or via personal consultation (or a contractual declaration made via distance selling) within a period of 14 days from receipt of the delivery of the ordered goods.

It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the deadline without stating any reasons. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are included in the calculation of the deadline.

In the event of cancellation, a refund of the purchase price will be made, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are not included. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We will use the same payment method used by the customer for the original payment. Exceptionally, a different agreement may be made with the customer during a personal consultation. Refunds will only be made after we have received the goods and inspected their condition. No refund will be charged unless the goods are damaged or missing parts.

The goods should be returned in unused, resalable condition and in their original packaging. For items that show signs of wear other than normal intended use, we will charge a reasonable fee for the loss in value. The same applies if accessories or parts are missing upon return.

Reduced goods are excluded from exchange.

A cancellation form and a cancellation declaration are available on our homepage, which customers can fill out themselves and send to us either by post or email.
